COMMISSION TOS:
When Commissioning me you agree to these terms and conditions.
This meaning if you break these it will cause you to be blacklisted from commissioning me ever again.
As well as being blocked and reported to other artists about the problem and breakage of the TOS.If you have any questions or concerns please reach out.

GENERAL

-You must be 18+ to commission me for anything suggestive!-I have the right to decline commissions if they are not fit to me!-I reserve the right to use the artwork in my portfolio, website, or for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise.-Any information such as poses+expressions that aren't explained while communicating will be up to my creative freedom.

COMMUNICATION

PAYMENTS

-Full payment is required upfront or after the first sketch unless communicated.-Payment will be done through paypal as friends+family unless discussed beforehand.-No refunds once the work is completed or in progress.

REVISIONS

-Revisions are not available for some services.-Revisions may be available for other services with a minor fee depending on the status of the commission and how many revisions.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

-Time will vary on delivery of the finished product, and if something happens I will reach out and notify.-VGen and non-robux commissions take priority-I do NOT rush through my art, I want to have the best quality for all commission works.-If you need the artwork done within a certain time within the next month, a small fee will be added.

COMMISSION USAGE

-Designs/Art may be used for streaming, and other social media.-Credit for the design/Art must be given no matter the usage.-If you plan on use any art/designs for monetization purposes it will be an extra percentage fee based on the commission.-This cannot be used for any crypto/nft or ai usage including training.

REFUNDS:Refunds are NOT accepted unless discussed personally.
